SHP202 - Bright Ideas Camp

This course is designed for students from UAB OT and PT programs, Jeff State PTA program, and Montevallo Speech and Language Pathology program who are participating in the Alabama Head Injury Foundation (AHIF)'s Bright Ideas Camp (BIC) at Lakeshore Foundation from September 23-25, 2025. This course is required for all students in order to participate in the 3-day service-learning event and will cover allied health care team roles, collaborative teamwork skills, information on Traumatic brain injury (TBI), working with families, AHIF resources, service-learning event agenda and information, Lakeshore Foundation Resources, and important printed materials needed for the event.
