PMP Certification Test Prep Class

Upon completion of 35 hours of project management education, this course is available as additional instruction to help prepare participants to take the Project Management Professional (PMP) test.

This is a one-day in-person class with additional online study tools and practice questions.

This course is offered three times a year following each foundational 36 hour Project Management Certificate Course.

The PMP Test Prep Course can be bundled with other courses for a discount.

 

Prerequisites

35 hours of project management education is required.  This requirement can be satisfied by successfully completing the UAB Project Management Certificate Course or by successfully completing an approved similar foundational program.

This is a fast paced course that requires a solid knowledge of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

The course consists of a one day interactive class from 9:00am-3:30pm.  Plus, each participant will be given codes to take three practice tests consisting of 200 questions that should be taken in a 4 hour time frame.  The 3 tests can be taken on your timetable after the one day course.  Participants will also have online resources available for 3 months after the course inside UAB's Canvas system that will include over 200 additional test questions, all course slides, and extra resources.

Arrive 15 minutes early. Parking available in Lot 26 next to Collat. Enter the parking lot off of 13th Street South. Specific parking details will be provided via email.

Coffee, snacks, and lunch will be provided.

Upon successful registration, in approximately one hour you will be enrolled in this course. At that time, to access Canvas and your course, please go to https://uabonline.instructure.com/ and use your BlazerID and password to log in.
